Info:
Raised in the impoverished tenements of Lower Manhattan, Victor was the only son of his first-generation immigrant parents. He got his start in finances by running numbers for local hustlers, a talent that eventually propelled him all the way to Wall Street. By his 40s, he was considered a cutthroat financier — and unknowingly being groomed by the Ventrue of Manhattan. Instead Victor was assaulted and killed by an unknown Gangrel one night on the subway, who — for reasons unknonw — decided to Embrace him before disappearing again.

He didn't particularly take to his new circumstances — becoming so frustrated that he reportedly frenzied at court, forcing him to once again start from the ground up. But enough time has passed — and enough boons have been repaid — that he's begun to make progress once again. Though he styles himself after many of the Ventrue, he knows that they will never truly see him as their peer. Still, his reputation as the "alpha" at Pierce & Pierce affords him some privileges among kine and Kindred alike.
