Cheesus Crust logo, as it appears on delivery box tops.

Cheesus Crust is a chain of locally owned pizzerias. The original building still operates as a family-style dine-in restaurant, with a jukebox, a couple of arcade cabinets, and beer on tap. Though most locations operate solely through small storefront carry-out and delivery presences. Each location is however notable for its tongue-in-cheek Christian theme, from boxes and menus akin to the Shroud of Turin, to murals and stained glass windows displaying sendups of the Last (Pizza) Supper. In true New York fashion, Cheesus Crust specializes in a thin hand-tossed crust, which results in soft and "floppy" slices that can be folded in half to eat.
