Jynx doesn't recall much of her mortal life, owing to her traumatic embrace. Set upon by a pack of bestial vampires, she was drained and buried "alive," left to rot in a mass grave. Yet she survived, fueled by the miniscule droplets of vitae wetting the loose soil above. Clawing her way up and out of her unwarranted grave, she was greeted by the crazed Cainites from before. But rather than repeat their attack, they stood motionless as their "ductus" — an anachronistic looking man wearing a noose — explained the situation. Jynx's life in the Sabbat was to be short-lived, as is the case with most shovelheads. She however had the good fortune of making it out alive — or rather, undead — following an assault by roving Anarchs, which left her pack decimated and her ductus in the wind. The leader of the Anarch coterie, Blooper, took pity on Jynx and her situation.

The Harley-Davidson WLA, colloquially known as the Liberator, was produced to US Army specifications in the years during and around World War II.

Now Jynx lives her life on the open asphalt, just her and her motorcycle. She started out doing odd jobs here and there for any Kindred of status who would pay, and after proving herself to Blooper, officially became part of his gang of motorcycle curriers. They rode the Goblin Roads between cities for this Prince, or that Baron. It payed well and she built a strong bond with the pack; together they ruled the road.

One night Jynx and her pack took a job from a new client, though it seemed sketchy, the pay was too good to pass up. They went to the rendezvous point but instead of meeting the client's contact they were ambushed by a lupine... or was it a whole pack? It happened so fast, Jynx can't remember much, only her entire coterie falling. Her pack mate and long-time lover Blooper sacrificed himself so that Jynx could escape, speeding back towards the city with a chipped werewolf tooth in her shoulder and bloody tears streaking down her face. Jynx never could find that client again and she's spent every night searching for clues about what really went down. She maintained her currier profession, often trading risky jobs for info that might lead to that client and the truth.

Jynx wears her scars from "the incident" without shame — whether it be a roadmap of unhealed claw marks across her face and body, Blooper's old bomber jacket, or a pendant made from the lupine tooth pulled from her shoulder. She currently runs not-infrequent jobs with a coterie out of Toronto, assembled by Baron Deseranto. She's willing to cooperate when it suits her needs, but is only a moment's notice away from speeding headlong into the inky abyss of the night's road, or running into the wilderness in lynx form.
